Wholesale hospitality uniforms
Wholesale hospitality uniforms built for roster changes and repeat orders.
A venue group needs more than a first staff kit. Set garment, colour and decoration by role, keep the approved specification, and send an updated size rundown when new starters or another location need stock.
For Melbourne cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels, caterers and multi-venue operators.

How ordering works
Sample, approve, then make.
Define each garment line
List the garment, colour, decoration, quantity and size range separately so every line uses the correct volume band.
Check samples and artwork
Request up to two sample garments. Samples typically arrive in about 7 days while artwork placement is prepared.
Approve price and production
Confirm ex-GST garment totals, 10% GST, free Australia-wide shipping, final sizes and the production plan in writing.
Reorder against the specification
Reference the approved garment and artwork on a repeat order. Current stock, quantity pricing and timing are reconfirmed. Standard Australia-wide shipping stays free.
Multi-location packing or delivery is extra. Put each venue's quantities and destination in the brief. Standard shipping to one Australian address is free.
Useful answers
Frequently asked questions
Can each venue have its own size rundown?
Yes. Supply a clearly labelled rundown per venue. Any separate packing or delivery requirement must be included in the quote.
What is the difference between this and a one-off staff kit?
This program keeps an approved garment, colour and decoration reference for repeat orders while repricing each new quantity. Standard Australia-wide shipping stays free.
Can front-of-house polos be embroidered?
Yes. Standard embroidery adds $5 per piece to the applicable polo tier, subject to artwork and placement review.
How long do uniform samples take?
Samples typically arrive in about 7 days. Production timing is confirmed separately after sizes, artwork and quote approval.
