A blank, finished your way.

The best method depends on fabric, artwork, placement and quantity—not simply which finish costs least per item.

Large Parrely screen print on a black T-shirt

Best for · Bold artwork and repeat runs

Screen print

Ink is pushed through a screen directly onto the garment. Colour stays strong and unit pricing improves as volume grows.

Best value for simple artwork at larger quantities.

Khaki Parrely polo with a chest embroidery

Best for · Polos, caps and outerwear

Embroidery

Thread gives logos a raised, premium finish that holds up well on structured garments and frequent-wash uniforms.

Best for compact marks; not large areas or gradients.

Detailed full-colour Parrely DTF transfer on an off-white T-shirt

Best for · Detailed, full-colour artwork

DTF transfer

Artwork is printed to film and heat-applied. It keeps fine lines and many colours without a screen for each ink.

Ideal for short runs and artwork with complex colour.

Fully sublimated Parrely navy and sage team jersey

Best for · Jerseys and all-over designs

Sublimation

Dye bonds inside polyester fibres, so names, numbers and full garment graphics add no heavy print layer.

Best for performance polyester; not cotton garments.

Custom printing FAQ

Before you place the order.

Still unsure? Send your artwork, quantity and deadline. We will recommend the garment and method that fit the job.

Ask for a recommendation
Which printing method should I choose?

Screen printing is usually best for bold artwork and larger repeat runs. DTF handles detailed full-colour designs and shorter runs. Embroidery suits compact logos on polos, caps and outerwear. Sublimation is the right choice for polyester jerseys and all-over artwork.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the garment and decoration method. Small DTF and embroidery runs are possible, while screen printing becomes better value as quantity increases. Send the quantity you need and we will recommend the most economical method.

How quickly can you turn an order around?

We offer fast, deadline-aware service. Timing depends on stock, artwork approval, decoration and quantity, so we confirm a realistic delivery date before production. If you have an event date, include it in your brief.

Can I mix sizes and garment colours?

Yes. Most team and company orders can mix sizes, and many can mix garment colours. A decoration or artwork change may affect pricing, so we confirm the final breakdown in your proof and quote.

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are ideal. High-resolution transparent PNG files also work for many DTF jobs. If your logo is low resolution, our designers can assess it and help prepare production-ready artwork.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. You receive an artwork proof showing garment, placement, approximate size and decoration method. Production starts only after the proof and order details are approved.

Are you based in Melbourne?

Yes. Parrely is Melbourne-based and works with customers locally and across Australia. Production location can vary by garment and decoration method; your quote confirms the order details and delivery timing.
